Newcastle Brown Ale is a popular beer that was first released in 1927 by Colonel Jim Porter after three years of perfecting the recipe. It quickly gained popularity in North East England and spread throughout the UK. The beer is made with a unique blend of pale and caramel malt, giving it a smooth flavor and a 4.7% ABV.

The blue star logo, representing the five founding breweries of Newcastle, was introduced in 1928 and has been updated over the years. The beer is available in a 550ml bottle.

Shortly thereafter, it became firmly known as the favoured beer of North East England and its iconic status continued to spread throughout the UK. NEWCASTLE BROWN ALEis a true one and only. It is brewed with a unique blend of a pale malt and darker caramel malt to give its smooth, characteristic flavour and colour, with an ABV of 4.7%.
